Fabrockers works in glass and aluminium every day. A glass wardrobe is the same trade, brought into the bedroom. The shutters are glass held in slim aluminium frames. The inside is lit, so the wardrobe glows instead of standing as a dark block.
We start from the glass, not from the board. That is why this range has so many glass looks, not one.
Which glass should you choose?
- Transparent glass. Shows everything. It suits tidy wardrobes and small rooms, because the eye travels through it.
- Fluted glass. Has fine vertical ribs that blur what is behind them. You get privacy and the glow of the lights.
- Tinted or smoked glass. Is dark but still see-through. It hides more when the inside lights are off.
- Bronze tinted glass. Gives a warm golden-brown tone. It suits rooms with beige, wood and stone.

What is a profile shutter wardrobe?
A shutter is the door of a wardrobe. A profile shutter is a door made of glass inside a slim aluminium frame, called the profile. A normal shutter is a solid board.
Profile shutters look lighter and let you see or sense what is inside. The frame comes in finishes such as black, champagne and bronze. The glass can be clear, fluted, tinted or bronze.
What decides the cost
We do not print a price, because no two wardrobes are the same size. Four things move the cost. The first is the size of the wall. The second is the glass and the frame finish you choose. The third is the inside: drawers, shelves, rails and accessories. The fourth is the lighting.
