Installations, repairs and servicing for homes, offices and shops

Fabrockers installs, replaces and repairs things in homes, offices and shops across Bengaluru and Delhi NCR. We work in glass, aluminium, uPVC, wood and steel, with our own team in each city. The people who measure your site are the people who fit the work.

The work falls into three parts, and we do all three. We make and install new work. We repair what is broken. We service what is already fitted, so it works properly again.

New work, made to size and installed

We build glass office partitions, cabins, meeting rooms and shop fronts. We use toughened glass, held by small clamps or set in a slim aluminium frame. For bathrooms we fit shower enclosures, from a single fixed panel to a curved walk-in room.

For windows and balconies we supply and fit aluminium and uPVC windows and doors, double glazing and balcony glazing. We fit glass railings for balconies, stairs and terraces, and mosquito mesh for windows and doors. We also cut mirrors, table tops and shelves to your size.

Everything is measured on site first, then made to those sizes and fitted by our own team.

Repair

Our repair work covers five materials: glass, aluminium, uPVC, wood and steel.

We repair doors, sliding doors, windows, shower doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, grills, gates and rolling shutters. We also replace broken glass, seal windows and doors that let in rain or dust, replace torn mosquito mesh, and tighten loose glass railings.

In wood and steel we work on the hardware and the movement only. We do not do carpentry, welding or painting. We will tell you that instead of taking the job.

Service and maintenance

This is the job many people do not know they can ask for. Nothing is broken, but a door or a window no longer works the way it used to.

A door slams shut, or drifts open on its own. It catches on the floor, or a slider drags. A window needs force to close.

The glass is almost never the problem. Usually a door closer needs setting, a roller needs raising, or a track needs clearing. Sometimes a hinge sits out of square, a lock no longer meets its catch, or a seal has gone hard.

We put all of that right on the door or window you already have. If nothing needs replacing, you pay for the visit and nothing more.

How our prices work

Every rate on this site is a fitted rate, before GST. GST is shown as its own line on your written price.

Partitions, shower enclosures and other made-to-size glass are priced per square foot of glass. The rate depends on the glass thickness, the fittings you choose, and how the panels reach your floor. We charge for the area of the glass, not the area of the room. Three glass sides of a small cabin can measure more than twice its floor area.

Repairs are priced differently. A door closer, a pair of hinges, a handle or a set of rollers each has one fixed price, supplied and fitted. Mosquito mesh is priced per square foot of mesh, and sealing is priced per window or per door.

Why we do not price a job on the phone alone

Toughened glass is cut and drilled first, and toughened after that. Once it is toughened, nothing can be trimmed or drilled.

So a size given on the phone is a guess. A guess that is wrong becomes a panel nobody can use.

We measure the opening at your site, with a level. We check the walls, the floor, the ceiling and the way in. You then get the price in writing, with the glass, the fittings and the labour on separate lines.

Six cities, our own team in each

We work in Bengaluru and across Delhi NCR. A job is not finished when the van leaves. A door may need adjusting, a seal may need checking, or another trade may damage a panel. Because the team is our own and works in your city, it can come back when that happens.

In Bengaluru that runs from Whitefield and the Outer Ring Road in the east to Electronic City in the south, and from the cantonment out to Mysore Road and up to the airport. In NCR it is Delhi itself, plus Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. We never subcontract, in any of them.
