What the rate covers
The rate is for each square foot of glass. It includes toughened glass cut to your sizes, standard chrome fittings, all the cutting and drilling, delivery, and fitting by our own team. We do not add a delivery charge at the end.
A few things are extra, and each one is shown as its own line. GST is extra. Glass options you choose, such as frosting, a privacy band, or tinted or extra-clear glass, are extra. Any building work your wall or ceiling needs before the glass goes in is not part of our rate.
Who these rates are for
These rates are for offices that want to split a floor into cabins and meeting rooms. They also suit shops and restaurants that want a glass front, and clinics or salons that need a private room that still gets daylight.
The rate pays for one team that measures, makes, delivers and fits the job. The same team comes back if a door stops closing well. If you only want the glass and will find your own fitter, these rates will look high, because they include our fitting work and our warranty.
Where these rates apply
These rates apply everywhere we work: Bengaluru, and in Delhi NCR the cities of Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. We have our own team in each city, and we never subcontract.
Your address does not change the rate. It can change how long the work takes on site. A ground-floor shop is quicker to fit than an office on a high floor with a small lift. We look at the access when we measure, and the written price allows for it.
How we build up a price
We start with the glass area. We measure every glass face, multiply length by height, and add the door.
Next comes the glass itself, priced by its thickness and type. Every hole and cut-out the fittings need is priced too. All of that is done before the glass is toughened, because toughened glass cannot be cut or drilled afterwards.
Then come the fittings. On a small job they move the price more than anything else, because one door set costs the same on a small partition as on a large one. Delivery costs about the same for a small load or a large one. Last is our team's time on site, which depends on your building.
Add all of it up and divide by the glass area, and you have the rate per square foot. That is why we give a range, and why any price given without seeing your site is only an estimate.
How long a job takes
Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days from measuring to fitting. We measure on site first, because every panel is made to the measured size.
The glass is cut, drilled and toughened after you approve the written price and pay the advance. Fitting one cabin wall usually takes one day on site.
A larger job, such as a shop front or a floor of cabins, takes more days on site. We can fit it in stages, so your team keeps working around us.
What it is made of
We use clear toughened glass. 10mm suits most partitions. We use 12mm for full-height cabins, shop fronts and panels much over eight feet tall. The right thickness depends on the panel size and whether it holds a door.
Toughened glass is safety glass. It is about four to five times stronger than ordinary glass of the same thickness. If it does break, it breaks into small blunt pieces instead of sharp ones. It cannot be cut or drilled after toughening, so every panel is made to the size we measure.
Chrome is the standard finish for the fittings. Black and brushed finishes can be ordered at extra cost. We choose the door closer by the weight of the door and how often it is used.
What we look after
We look after the whole job. We measure, write the price, order the glass and the fittings, deliver, and fit with our own team.
If your building has rules about lifts or working hours, tell us and we plan the job around them. You have one number to call before, during and after the job.
We give a 2-year warranty on every product we fit, and 6 months on our repair and installation work.
What happens after you get in touch
Send the sizes and a photo on WhatsApp, or fill in the form. We call you back and give you a rough range, so you know whether a visit is worth your time.
If it is, we book a measuring visit. We measure wall to wall and floor to ceiling, and we check the floor where the door fittings go. Then you get a written price, with the glass, the fittings and the fitting work on separate lines.
When you approve it, you pay an advance for the materials. Then we start making your glass.
