Sector 40 and Sector 41 are quiet residential blocks close to Huda City Centre. Most of the original houses have been rebuilt as independent floors in the last fifteen years. So the buildings are fairly modern, with straight walls and newer tiles. Our work is mostly bathrooms, windows and balcony railings.
Frameless glass in a modern floor
Floors rebuilt in the last fifteen years usually have straight walls and good tiling. That is exactly what frameless glass needs.
Frameless panels are cut square. Against a true wall they sit cleanly with a thin, even seal.
We still check each wall with a level, and tell you if one leans enough to suggest a slim frame instead.
Small lifts in rebuilt floors
Many rebuilt floors here have a small lift squeezed in. It may not take a full-height shower panel.
So we measure the lift car and door first. Where a panel is too tall, we split it with a slim joint, or use the stair if the turn allows.
This is settled before ordering, because toughened glass cannot be trimmed later.
Balcony railings on the front
Many floors here have a front balcony, and glass railings are a common upgrade.
A railing stops a person falling, so its glass and clamps are chosen for that job. Without a top handrail, the glass must be thicker.
It costs less to do the railing with the bathrooms, because the visit is paid once.
