Ardee City in Sector 52 is a gated colony of plots and villas, with an active residents' association. The association has a say in outside work, from working hours to which workers may enter. The houses themselves are independent and spacious, and the work here is usually whole-house: bathrooms, railings and windows together.
The association's rules on outside work
Ardee City's residents' association sets rules for contractors. They usually cover working hours, noise, and a register at the gate.
We ask for the rules when you book and plan the job inside them. Where a job needs more than one day, we agree the days in advance.
Nothing is left half-done at the end of a permitted day.
Whole-villa glass in one order
A villa here has several bathrooms, a staircase, and wide windows. Doing it all at once is much cheaper than room by room.
The measuring visit, the delivery and the team's day are paid once. We measure everything on one visit, including parts you have not yet decided on.
Being measured commits you to nothing. It shows you the full picture.
Wide windows onto the garden
Many villas here have large windows or sliding doors onto a lawn. Owners often want them replaced with slimmer frames and more glass.
A wide sliding door takes weight, so the rollers and track must be rated for it. A cheap system sags within a few years and becomes hard to slide.
We specify the hardware for the actual size and weight of each door.
