Sectors 81 to 84 were among the first places towers went up in Greater Faridabad, across the canal in Neharpar. The earliest are now ten years old or more. So the work here is a mix: replacing the first bathrooms and windows in the older towers, and first fittings in the newer ones.
The first towers, first replacements
The older towers here are old enough that original fittings are wearing. Shower screens leak, windows stick and balcony doors have become heavy.
Much of it is worn seals, rollers and hinges. We check before quoting a full replacement.
Where a frame has failed, we replace it properly.
Balcony doors that have stopped gliding
Many flats here have sliding balcony doors that have become hard to move. On higher floors, wind wears the rollers faster.
Usually new rollers and a cleaned track fix it, not a new door.
