Wave City is a large new township out on NH-9, beyond the city. It mixes plotted homes, villas and towers across a big area, and much of it is still being built or newly handed over. The work here is almost all first fittings, and the key question is how far along your home actually is before we measure.
Measuring a home still being finished
Many homes in Wave City are still being built. Glass should be measured only when the flooring and plaster are done, because it is cut to the final sizes.
We can visit earlier for a firm budget, then measure properly when the site is ready.
Measuring too early is the commonest reason a panel does not fit.
Plotted homes and villas
Plotted homes and villas here need everything at once: windows, bathrooms and often a stair railing.
Access is easy, at ground level, so large panels come straight in.
Doing the whole house in one order is much cheaper than separate visits.
We cover Wave City too
Wave City is far from central Ghaziabad, and people ask if that costs more. It does not. The rate is the same.
We group jobs here into the same days, so you get a firm arrival time.
If neighbours want work too, one trip for all of you lowers the cost.
