Sahibabad Industrial Area, especially Site 4, is one of Ghaziabad's main industrial belts, right by the Delhi border. It is full of factories and manufacturing units. Many want a glass office or a supervisor cabin on the shop floor, so the team can see the line while keeping out noise and dust. The access is easy. The planning is around production.
Cabins on a running shop floor
A supervisor cabin lets a manager watch the whole line. So it is clear glass, full height, with frosting only where a desk needs privacy.
The work has to fit the shifts. Some units want it on the weekly off. Some can close off one bay while the rest runs.
Tell us your shift pattern with the enquiry.
Quality rooms need sealing
A quality or testing room needs the opposite of a supervisor cabin. It must keep dust and noise out.
That means proper seals at the top and bottom, and often double glazing, because a single sheet lets sound through.
We price the two rooms as the different things they are.
Sparks and glass do not mix
Grinding and welding sparks pit glass permanently, and it cannot be polished out. Dust settles into fresh sealant.
So glass goes in when that work is not running, and never right beside a welding bay.
If a cabin would sit next to hot work, we will say so and suggest a better material for that spot.
