Sector 48 and Sector 49 include Sainik Colony, a defence colony with its own gate and its own rules for outside workers. Around it are plotted homes and builder floors. The homes are well kept and mostly owner-occupied. Our work here is bathrooms, windows and mesh, planned around the colony's gate.

Outside Sainik Colony, Sectors 48 and 49 have plotted homes and builder floors without the gate rules.
The rebuilt floors have straight walls, which suit frameless glass. Older houses often need a slim frame.
