Nirvana Country in Sector 50 is a large gated township of independent plotted houses. Each house is its own building, with its own staircase, several bathrooms and often a terrace. The township runs one main gate with guards who want to know who is coming. Inside, the access to each house is easy.
Clearing the township gate
The township gate notes every worker and the vehicle. Some households also call the gate to approve each arrival.
It is simple when it is planned. Tell us whether your house needs to approve us at the gate. We send names ahead where needed, and the same team comes each day.
Once inside, the lanes are wide and the house is easy to reach.
Independent houses, many bathrooms
A house here usually has three or four bathrooms over two or three floors. Many were fitted when the houses were built in the late nineties and are now being redone.
Doing them all together is the biggest saving. The visit, the delivery and the team's day are paid once.
We measure every bathroom on one visit, so you can see the full cost before choosing.
Internal stairs and terrace railings
Most houses have an internal staircase and a terrace, and many owners are replacing old iron railings with glass.
A railing stops a person falling, so its glass and clamps are chosen for that. Without a top handrail, the glass must be thicker.
The internal stair also decides the largest panel we can carry up. We measure it before designing any tall shower panel.
