Mahadevapura is where we do our largest office jobs, and the reason is simple: there is somewhere to park. Wide roads, ground level or goods lift access, and a lot of buildings that began as warehouses or factories. A job here is rarely one cabin. It is usually a floor. And a floor is the cheapest way per square foot to buy exactly the same glass.
Whole floors, not single cabins
The usual job here is not one cabin but six, ten, sometimes twenty cabins and meeting rooms, built inside a floor that was once an open shed. Back offices, support floors, design studios, and small units with an office at the front.
Ceilings here are often higher than in a built-for-purpose tower. That means thicker glass, and sometimes a support rod at the top tying a long run back to a wall.
That is not an extra we are selling you. A tall panel with nothing holding it will flex. Over time that movement works the fittings loose.
Why a large job costs less per square foot
Nothing about the glass changes. Everything around it does.
One delivery straight onto the floor, instead of a booked night lift slot. Our team working full days, instead of a four hour window. Usually no permit process, and no facility manager working around a live floor.
Those are real hours on a tech park job, and mostly not needed here. So a whole-floor job in Mahadevapura sits at the bottom of the range that the rest of the city only reaches on very large orders. One cabin here still costs the same as anywhere. That one cabin carries a whole delivery and a full day of our team's time on its own.
How a floor is priced and run
We measure the whole floor in one visit and give one written price, with every cabin as its own line. That matters, because you can add or drop rooms before we order. Once a panel is being made, it belongs to your opening and nowhere else.
Making the glass takes a few working days. Fitting a ten-cabin floor takes three to five days, done in stages so finished rooms come into use while we build the rest.
One site manager runs it from the measuring visit to sign-off. You have one number to call.
