Replacing the first bathroom properly
Many Shalimar Bagh bathrooms are on their first replacement. The old screen or curtain comes out, and the hard old sealant is scraped away.
Sometimes the wall behind is damp, where the old seal failed long ago. We check for that when we measure. If it is damp, the right order is to fix the cause and let it dry, then glaze.
New glass sealed onto a wet wall only hides the problem.
Doors and windows that stick
At twenty or thirty years old, the moving parts give up first. Sliding windows stop running. Doors drop on their hinges and catch the floor. Handles loosen.
Nearly all of these are a worn part, not a failed frame. New rollers fix a stuck window. Adjusting or replacing a hinge fixes a door that catches.

Walls and frameless glass
In a building this age, walls have usually moved a few millimetres. Frameless glass is cut square, so a leaning wall shows as a gap along one edge.
A slim aluminium frame hides that inside its channel and seals well. Where a bathroom has been freshly re-tiled and the walls are true, frameless looks better.
