Greater Noida is low-density and spread out: plotted housing in Alpha, Beta and Gamma, a large cluster of institutes and colleges around Knowledge Park, and industrial units beyond. Very little of it is high-rise. That makes the access straightforward almost everywhere and changes the mix of work - there is far more institutional and industrial glazing here than in Noida proper.
Institutional work runs on the academic calendar
There is a large cluster of colleges and institutes around Knowledge Park, and glazing work for them is planned around teaching rather than around us.
In practice that means term breaks and weekends. A partition going into a working classroom block during term is disruptive to people who cannot easily move, so where possible the whole job is done in a break.
That is good for you as well as for them: an empty building means full working days, no restricted windows, and a team that can finish a section properly rather than setting up and clearing away repeatedly. Tell us the academic calendar at the enquiry and we will plan the whole thing into it.
Classrooms and labs need different glass
These two rooms sit next to each other and want opposite things, which is worth settling before anyone specifies a partition.
A classroom wants sound separation, and this is where honest advice matters. A single sheet of toughened glass cuts far less noise than people expect - it is rigid and sound passes straight through. A glass classroom partition in single glazing will look excellent and disappoint on noise. Where quiet genuinely matters the answer is double glazing with a sealed cavity, at a different price.
A lab wants visibility and safety instead, and often wants the partition sealed properly at head and base to keep fumes or dust contained. That is a different detail again.
We will price them as the different things they are rather than quoting one standard partition twice.
Plotted houses, and doing the whole house at once
The residential work here is mostly plotted houses in Alpha, Beta and Gamma - two or three bathrooms, often a stair railing, sometimes a terrace to enclose.
The access is as good as it gets: ground level, a gate wide enough to reverse into, and no lift to book. So the constraint that shapes work everywhere else in NCR simply is not here.
What that leaves is the ordinary saving of doing it all in one order. The measuring visit, the delivery and the team's day are paid once regardless of how much glass goes in. Three bathrooms and a railing together is a materially better price than four separate visits, and we will measure the whole house even for the parts you have not decided on.
