Sector 46 and Sector 45 are family neighbourhoods built around several large schools. The roads are packed during school runs and quiet in between. Most homes are independent floors, many rebuilt. Our work is bathrooms, windows and mesh, and the main thing we plan around is not the building but the school timetable.
Avoiding the school run
The roads around the schools here jam badly in the morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. A delivery vehicle stuck in that is a lost hour.
So we arrive in the gap, usually late morning, after the drop-off rush.
It is a small thing, but it keeps the job on time and your street clear.
Bathrooms for busy families
A family home usually needs its bathroom back fast. We plan for the shower to be out of use for one day only.
The glass is cut and drilled in advance, so on site it is fitting and sealing. The sealant sets overnight.
We tell you plainly when the shower can be used again.
Mesh for homes with children
Families with young children often want mesh on every window, both for insects and as a barrier.
Fixed mesh stays in place and is the sturdiest. Sliding and pleated types open for cleaning and the view.
Mesh is not a safety guard, though. For a window a child could fall from, a proper grill or guard is the right answer, and we will say so.
