Saket, in South Delhi, has a District Centre with malls and office floors, and DDA flats and builder floors on the streets behind it. For the offices and clinics above the shops, we fit glass partitions, cabins and reception fronts. For the homes behind, we fit and repair shower enclosures, windows, doors and mosquito mesh.
Offices and clinics in the Saket District Centre
Clinics, diagnostic centres and small offices sit on the floors above the shops in the District Centre. For consulting rooms we fit clear toughened glass partitions with a frosted band at seated height, so a room looks open without giving up privacy.
Reception fronts take steady daily use, so we fit a floor spring rated for constant opening rather than a lighter door closer. For an office that cannot close for a whole day, we can plan the cutting and fixing work in stages.
Homes on the builder floors behind Saket
Behind the District Centre, the DDA flats and builder floors need different work. We fit shower enclosures in place of curtains, replace aluminium and uPVC windows that have started to stick, and fit mosquito mesh on windows and balconies.
Where a bathroom wall is not quite straight, a slim aluminium frame seals better than a frameless edge. We check the wall with a level before we quote, so the price accounts for it rather than changing later.
