For the clinics and studios we fit glass partitions, cabins and reception fronts. For the family floors we repair and replace windows, doors, shower enclosures and mosquito mesh.

A ground-floor clinic or a design studio inside a converted bungalow usually wants a reception area and one or two private rooms. These often come out of what was once a single living room. We fit glass partitions with a frosted band at seated height for a consulting room, so it looks open without giving up privacy.
We fit a floor spring built for constant use on any door the public passes through, since a lighter closer wears out faster under daily footfall.

On the floors used as homes, we fit shower enclosures in place of old curtains, and repair and replace aluminium and uPVC windows, doors and mosquito mesh. We also fit glass railings where a floor has its own balcony or terrace.
Because these are converted bungalows, room shapes are not always standard, so we measure the actual space rather than assuming a typical size.
