Siddharth Vihar is a newer residential area along NH-9, near the Hindon. It is filled with tall society towers, most handed over in the last few years. Many flats came with basic bathrooms and no shower glass. So the work here is first fittings in new flats, planned around the society's fit-out process and its busy service lift.
First fittings in new towers
Most flats here are new. The walls are straight and the tiles are fresh, which suits frameless glass.
There is nothing to remove, so an enclosure goes in within a day.
We still check each wall with a level, because handover quality varies from tower to tower.
Balconies facing the highway
Towers facing NH-9 get dust and traffic noise. Glazing the balcony is a popular fix.
But most societies have a rule, because it changes the building's look. Either no glazing, or one system for everyone.
Ask your estate office first. If they name a system, we quote that.
The lift everyone wants
In a newly handed-over tower, many flats are fitted out at once, sharing one service lift.
So we book the lift when you order. The booking and the approval run while your glass is made.
A missed slot can cost a week.
