Sector 44 is different from Cyber City. Instead of shared towers run by one estate office, it has stand-alone corporate buildings on their own plots, many used by a single company. That means the rules come from your own facility team, not a landlord. Decisions are faster, and the fit-out is planned around your own people.
Working with your own facility team
In a single-occupier building, the facility manager usually decides the work hours, the lift use and the safety rules. That is quicker than a multi-tenant estate, because there is one person to agree with.
We ask to meet them on the measuring visit. Then the plan, the timings and the paperwork are settled in one conversation.
Our quote lists glass, fittings and labour separately, which is what most facility teams need for approval.
Weekend fit-outs in an occupied office
Most buildings here are fully occupied on weekdays. So partition work usually happens at weekends, when the floor is empty.
A Saturday and Sunday is often enough for a whole floor of cabins, because the team can work freely without desks and people in the way.
Where a job spans more than one weekend, we finish each section fully on Sunday, so Monday's office is usable.
Meeting rooms people can actually talk in
A corporate floor always wants meeting rooms. And the first complaint after they are built is usually noise.
Single toughened glass lets sound through, because it is rigid. For a meeting room that stays private, you need double glazing with a sealed gap, and proper seals at the top, bottom and door.
It costs more. We price the rooms that need it separately from the open cabins that do not.
