Sector 91, in the newest stretch of Neharpar towards the KGP Expressway side, is mostly towers still being handed over. We fit shower enclosures, aluminium and uPVC windows, mesh and balcony glazing for these new flats. We can plan a first fitting or inspect what is already installed.

A newly handed-over flat here has nothing old to remove, which takes real time out of a bathroom job compared with an older building. We check each finished wall with a level before confirming whether frameless glass suits the opening.
Along with the shower, most flats want aluminium or uPVC windows fitted properly and mosquito mesh on every window from the start.
Balcony glazing in Sector 91, on the bypass side
Many towers here have a balcony that owners want enclosed in glass rather than left open. A sliding system on an open track suits a balcony used occasionally; a fully sealed system suits one used often, and does more against dust from the bypass.
We measure the lift before designing anything tall, since a panel that will not fit the lift car has to travel up in two pieces instead.
