Sectors 107 and 108 have premium towers where each floor holds only a few flats. That means larger homes, wider balconies and more bathrooms per flat. Most were handed over recently. The work here is first fittings done to a good standard: frameless shower glass, balcony railings and large glazed doors.
Few flats per floor, more to fit
With only a few flats per floor, each home is large. A typical flat here has three or four bathrooms and a big balcony.
Doing all of it in one order is much cheaper than room by room, because the visit and the lift booking are paid once.

Frameless glass in a new flat
These towers are new, with true walls and fresh tiles. That is ideal for frameless glass, which needs square walls to sit cleanly.
We still check each wall with a level, because handover quality varies.
We measure after the flooring is done, since glass is cut to the final floor level.
Wide balconies and big doors
The large balconies here often have wide sliding doors and glass railings. A wide door is heavy, so its rollers must be rated for the weight.
A railing stops a person falling, so its glass and clamps are chosen for strength.
The society may specify the balcony system, so we check first.
