The work here is almost all first fittings, and the main planning question is how far along your building actually is.
Measuring a building still being finished
Many homes here are still under construction. Glass should be measured only once the floor and plaster are finished, because it is cut to the final sizes.
We can visit earlier to give you a firm budget. Then we measure properly once the site is ready.
Measuring too early is the most common reason a panel does not fit.

Plotted homes here need everything at once: windows, bathroom glass and often a stair railing.
Doing the whole house in one order is far cheaper than separate visits, because the trip and the team's day are paid once.
Access is easy, at ground level, so large panels come straight in.
