Devanahalli and the Bellary Road stretch are the furthest north we go, and almost everything here is new. Hotels, business parks and villa projects, most built in the last ten years or still being finished. Access is the best on our list, with wide roads and proper loading areas. The one thing that shapes the work is distance, so we plan the visit before we plan the glass.
We plan the trip before the job
This is a long run from most of the city, so we group work here instead of making single trips.
That is better for you as well. A firm arrival slot instead of a four hour window, and a measuring visit and a fitting that both happen when we say they will.
If you are free on the day, tell us at the first call. It usually means we can reach you sooner. The rate itself is the same as anywhere else in the city.
Hotels and buildings that cannot close
The hotels along this road cannot take rooms or public areas out of service for long. So we plan this work around their guests, not around us.
We work at night or in agreed blocks, finish each area fully before moving on, and hand it back clean. We do not leave a part-finished room.
Bathroom glass in a hotel is also used far harder than in a home, so we pick the fittings for that. A hinge that lasts fifteen years in a house sees the same use in a guest bathroom in a small part of the time.
Villas and business parks
On the home side it is villa projects, mostly new. The walls are straight, so frameless is the better looking and simpler answer. Three or four bathrooms plus a stair railing is a normal job here, and doing it all in one order is the real saving.
On the business side it is cabins and meeting rooms in business parks. Those have a facility team, so expect a work permit, worker IDs and a material gate pass, which take a few working days.
We start that on the day you approve the price, because that is the only way it does not add a week.
