This is the longest run we make, and it changes how we handle a repair. We ask more questions before setting off. We load the van for what your description points to. We agree a day rather than promising an hour. What we do not do is turn up, look, and leave.
What we need to know before we come
Two photographs settle most of it. One of the whole door or panel from a few steps back, and one close up of the part that has failed.
For a building with a facility team, we also need to know the permit and gate pass position. A van turned away at the gate out here is a full day lost.
And tell us if it is a safety problem. Broken glass where guests or staff walk moves ahead of everything else on the list.
Safe on the first visit, finished as soon as possible
Anything that bolts on is done the day we arrive. Hinges, rollers, seals, clamps, handles, closers and floor springs all come off the van.
Glass is different. A toughened panel is made to your size afterwards. So a broken panel means a measure now and a fit on a second trip.
On that first visit we clear the loose glass, take out whatever is still held in the fittings, and board or screen the opening. Nothing is left sharp, hanging or open while the new glass is made.
New windows and doors fitted near the airport, old ones repaired
Not every job out here is a repair. We also supply and fit new aluminium and uPVC windows and doors. For the villa projects around Bagalur and Hunasamaranahalli, we measure once the openings are finished.
Bellary Road is a busy highway. If a room faces it, ask us about double glazing. That is two panes with a sealed gap between them, and it lets less sound through. Tight seals around the frame help as well.
Hotels and offices along the airport approach need doors that lock every time. We repair the aluminium window or sliding door that drags, rattles or will not catch. A guest room window can take a mosquito net, or mesh, in an openable frame.

- We fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Our own team fits the work, checks that every door and window opens and closes properly, and clears up. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
