Repair work here has a feel you do not get in an office tower. These are working buildings with stock moving through them. So along with the usual worn door closers, we get panels hit by a trolley or a pallet truck. Both are quick to fix once we know which one it is. The answer is almost never the whole partition.
Impact damage, and why a chip is not just a mark
A trolley that clips the edge of a toughened panel leaves a chip that looks like nothing. It is not nothing.
Toughened glass gets its strength from its treated surface. Once an edge is damaged, that strength is lost. The panel can fail later with no more warning. It does not crack slowly first.
On a full-height panel beside a walkway, in a building where people move stock, that is worth replacing, not watching. Send a photo of the edge. We will tell you honestly if it can wait.
Doors on a floor that never stops
A cabin door on a busy operations floor gets far more use than the same door in a quiet office. The closing part wears out sooner.
When a part must be replaced, we fit one made for the weight of that door and the traffic it really sees. A closer meant for a quiet cabin will not survive a door onto a production area. That is why some of these fail every year, until someone sizes it right.
Access here is the easy part. Ground level, wide doors, full working days, and rarely a permit to arrange.
Aluminium windows and doors for Mahadevapura plant offices
An office inside a working unit in Doddanekkundi or Garudacharpalya has to keep dust out. Dust comes in at a door's edge and around a window frame. We replace the worn rubber on an aluminium window, so the glass sits tight. On a sliding door we renew the weather strip, the soft seal on its edge.
A door on a Mahadevapura unit must also lock at night. The plate on the frame that the lock shoots into can work loose with daily use. We reset that plate and check the door sits level on its rollers.
We also supply new aluminium windows and doors. On the Outer Ring Road, uPVC windows or double glazing cut the traffic noise. A mosquito net of fine mesh keeps insects out of a window left open for air.
