Repairs here split by which side of the Ring Road you are on. In the campuses it is nearly always an office door that has lost its closing control. In the towers it is a shower enclosure whose hinges, seals or silicone have failed. Both are fittings problems, not glass problems. And both are much quicker if we know what has failed before we travel.
The office side
A cabin door opened hundreds of times a day slowly loses its control at the floor spring. You see it slam, drift open, or fail to shut.
The rest is alignment. A lock that no longer meets its catch. A handle out of line. Or clamps that need tightening.
Getting a team in still needs worker IDs, and often a lift slot. But campuses are usually easier about a short repair than a night of fitting. Send a video of the door moving and the right part will be on the van the first time.
The tower side
In a bathroom the parts that fail first are the hinges, the door seal and the silicone. The glass is almost never the problem.
If the glass is sound and only those have gone, that is a real repair, at a small part of the cost of a new enclosure. We will say so.
If the frame has rusted and the silicone has failed behind the tiles too, fixing one of the three only lasts a few months. Send a photo of the door edge and the bottom track. Remember that a gate pass and lift slot are still needed even for a short visit.
A Bellandur repair brief that prevents a wasted visit
For an office door, send a video from fully open until it closes. Include the floor box, top pivot, handle and lock. The movement tells us whether the fault is control, alignment or hardware. For a shower, photograph the whole enclosure, both hinges, the closing seal and every wet joint.
Add the campus or tower name, the floor and the access slot you can obtain. That lets us match likely parts to the correct kind of door and plan the visit inside the building's access window. A useful brief is not extra paperwork. It is how a short repair arrives with the right tools and avoids becoming a second inspection-only appointment.
Mosquito nets for windows and balconies before the rains
Mosquitoes in Bengaluru are worst during the rains and just after them. So the best time to fit a mosquito net is before the monsoon starts in June. We make each mesh frame to the size of its window. On a sliding window the net slides too, so the window still opens as before. We can also mesh the open face of a balcony.
If your frames are sound and only the mesh has torn, we change the mesh alone. You do not need new frames for that.
On the same visit we can repair a uPVC window handle, lock or roller. For Bellandur offices on the Outer Ring Road, we repair aluminium windows that drag or will not shut.
