The office campuses along the Outer Ring Road at Bellandur have strict fit-out rules. That is why a job here needs planning, not luck. The glass part is simple. The permit, the worker IDs, the insurance letter and the material gate pass are what decide the date. We start them the day you approve the price.
Running the paperwork alongside the glass
You need four things. A work permit raised by you as the tenant. Our workers listed with photo ID. Proof of insurance. And a gate pass for the material. Together that takes a few working days.
Your glass also takes a few working days to make. Do them at the same time and the paperwork costs you nothing. Leave it until the glass is ready and it adds about a week.
We fill it in and you sign it, because the campus only takes it from the tenant. That is all there is to it, but it has to start early.
Fitting on a floor that is still in use
Material comes up in the allowed hours, usually at night. We fit the panels, clean up, and hand the floor back before your team arrives.
One cabin is normally a single night. A row of eight or ten is split across several nights, so finished rooms come into use while we build the rest.
Partitions here run full height up to the ceiling grid, with a frosted band at eye level on clear glass. On a busy open floor that band is a simple safety step, and most campuses ask for it anyway.
Sound, and what glass can honestly do
The most common request on these floors is a meeting room that keeps a call inside.
Full-height glass, sealed at the top and both sides, with a door that closes well and no gap at the floor, brings a normal talk down to a low murmur outside. A partition that stops short of the ceiling will not do that, whatever it costs.
It will not be soundproof, and we will not tell you it is. But sealed full-height glass does most of what people really want, and it does it without making the floor feel closed in.

- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
