Sector 27 grew up around Kailash Hospital, and many plots near it now hold clinics, diagnostic centres and doctors' chambers. The rest of the sector is quiet plotted family homes. So our work here is two kinds of glass: medical partitions for the clinics, and bathrooms and windows for the homes.
Clinics near the hospital
Doctors near Kailash Hospital often run private clinics in converted houses. The glass has to keep patients private while keeping small rooms bright.
The frosted band on consulting room glass goes at seated height, because the patient is sitting. Reception doors get a floor spring rated for all-day use.
We set both on site with you.
Diagnostic rooms that need sealing
Some diagnostic rooms need more than a plain partition. They may need glass that runs right up to the ceiling slab, with proper seals, to keep sound and dust separate.
That is a different build from an ordinary cabin, and it costs more.
Tell us what each room is for, so the quote is right the first time.
Family homes in the plots
Away from the hospital road, Sector 27 is quiet plotted homes. Many are older, some rebuilt.
In older homes, walls have moved a little, so a slim frame often seals a shower better. In rebuilt floors, frameless glass suits the straight walls.
We check with a level and tell you honestly.
