Why one city

A glass job is not finished when the van leaves. Panels are cut to your exact opening and cannot be trimmed. Doors need adjusting after they are hung. A shower that leaks in week two needs someone to come back. All of that is easy inside a city we can cross in an hour. Outside it, it is not.

We would rather be the company that turns up in Whitefield the next morning than the one with a map covering four states and a different subcontractor in each.

What we handle before the glass arrives

Most of the difficulty in Bengaluru is getting in, not making the glass. Tech park campuses want a work permit, worker IDs, an insurance letter and a material gate pass, with fitting done overnight. Apartment associations want a gate pass, often applied for by the flat owner, and a service lift booked inside set daytime hours. Old houses in Indiranagar, Jayanagar and Malleshwaram have no lift at all, so the staircase decides how big one panel can be.

We find out which of those applies to your address before we give you a price. Not on the day a van full of cut glass arrives at a gate that will not open.

Response times

A call back the same day in most cases. A measuring visit within a day or two, anywhere in the city. If something is broken or unsafe we treat it as urgent, and make it safe and cover it on the first visit. New toughened glass takes three to five working days whatever your address, because that is how long glass takes to make.
