How we open a city
A job is not finished when the van leaves. Glass is cut to your exact opening and cannot be trimmed. Doors and sliders need adjusting after they are hung. A shower that leaks in week two, or a repaired window that sticks again, needs somebody to come back. So we only open a city once we have our own team living in it. That is the whole rule, and it is why the list on this page is a list of real teams.
Today that is Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, 6 cities in all. We started in Bengaluru with one team. Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad each came after, one at a time, each with its own people. We are opening in new cities now, and we set each one up the same way: our own team living and working there before we take a single job in it. Nobody on this list is a subcontractor we found on the internet and pay a margin to, and nobody on the next list will be either.

What we handle before the material arrives
Most of the difficulty is getting in, not making the glass or the frame, and it takes a different form in each city. Bengaluru tech park campuses want a work permit, worker IDs, an insurance letter and a material gate pass, and fitting is done overnight. Gurugram towers have a written fit-out manual and a nominated materials lift. Delhi and Ghaziabad societies have an RWA with written work hours and a register at the gate. Old houses in Indiranagar, Hauz Khas and NIT Faridabad have no lift at all, so the staircase decides how big one panel can be.
We find out which of those applies to your address before we give you a price. Not on the day a van full of cut glass arrives at a gate that will not open.
Response times
We call you back within about two minutes of your enquiry, in working hours. Not the same day, not by the end of the week. Two minutes. The person who calls is in your city and can answer what it will cost and when we can come.
A measuring visit is usually the same day or the next one, anywhere we work. If something is broken or unsafe we treat it as urgent, make it safe and cover it on the first visit. Most jobs are finished in three to four days once the material is in. New toughened glass takes three to five working days whatever your address. That is simply how long glass takes to make, and no city is closer to the furnace than another.
