Kengeri sits at the western edge of what we cover, and it is a real mix. The satellite town is settled housing, where most work is a replacement. The newer societies along Mysore Road are the opposite, with flats being fitted out before anyone moves in. What both share is that access is easy, which is not true of much of the city.
Two kinds of bathroom, two answers
In the satellite town the buildings have settled, so the walls are a few millimetres out of straight. A slim aluminium frame takes that up inside the channel, where frameless cannot, and it usually costs a little less.
In the newer societies on Mysore Road the walls are straight, so frameless is both the better looking and the simpler choice.
We check with a level at the measuring visit, not over the phone. It takes two minutes, and it is the difference between a clean edge and a gap you can see from the doorway.
Fitting out a new flat before moving in
An empty flat is the easiest site we ever work in. Nothing to protect, nobody waiting for the bathroom, and no neighbours to work around.
If you are fitting out before you move in, do every bathroom in one order. Three enclosures together share one measuring visit, one delivery and one booking for our team. Ordered one at a time, they carry three of each, and those fixed costs are what push a small job to the top of the range.
The one thing we cannot do early is measure, because that waits for finished tiling.
Planning the visit
Kengeri is at the far end of our area, so we plan work here in groups, not as single trips.
That is better for you. A firm arrival slot instead of a four hour window, and a measuring visit and a fitting that both happen when we say they will.
If you are free on the day, say so at the first call. It usually means we can reach you sooner, and it costs you nothing.
