In Vikaspuri, West Delhi, we fit new aluminium and uPVC windows, shower enclosures and mosquito mesh for homes in its DDA and co-operative flats. Steel window frames rust over time, and the glass often rattles loose in its putty. We take the old steel frame out and fit a new aluminium or uPVC window into the same opening, sealed properly at the edges.
We measure every window separately rather than assuming they match, since openings in flats like these are rarely identical. Where the frame itself is sound, we can also just replace a cracked pane or a worn handle.
Shower enclosures and mesh in Vikaspuri's co-operative flats
For bathrooms, we fit straight, corner and sliding-door shower enclosures, and check the wall with a level before choosing a framed or frameless design. Where a wall is not quite true, a slim aluminium frame usually seals better than a frameless edge.
