Sector 150 was planned as a low-density, green sector, with towers spread across large open grounds and sports facilities. Many projects here are newly handed over or still being finished. Almost all our work is first fittings in empty flats, where the walls are straight, the tiles are new and there is nothing to remove.
First fittings in a new flat
Most flats here are new and empty. That is the cleanest work there is. Nothing to remove, true walls and fresh tiles.
Frameless glass suits a new flat well. We still check each wall, since handover quality varies.
We measure after the flooring is finished, because glass is cut to the final floor level.
Open grounds and exposed balconies
Because the towers here stand in open grounds, balconies are more exposed to wind and rain than in a crowded sector.
Balcony glass needs good seals and hardware rated for that exposure. A cheap sliding system lets rain in during the monsoon.
Check your society's balcony rule first. Many name one system.
Booking the lift early
New towers have many flats being fitted out at once, all sharing one service lift. Slots fill up quickly.
So we book the lift when you order, not when the glass is ready. The booking and the approval run while the glass is made.
A missed slot can cost a week.
