Avantika is a planned plotted colony off the Hapur Road, with independent houses and builder floors side by side. Some plots are original family homes, others have been rebuilt as floors for rent or sale. The work here is steady home glass: bathrooms, windows, mesh and balcony railings.
Original homes and rebuilt floors
Avantika has both original family houses and rebuilt builder floors. The right glass differs.
A rebuilt floor has straight walls, which suits frameless glass. An original house has walls that have moved, where a slim frame seals better.
We check each wall with a level before recommending.
Floors built for renting
Many rebuilt floors here are rented out. Landlords want glass that lasts through several tenancies.
We fit toughened glass, proper hinges and seals that are easy to replace later.
The best time for work in a rented floor is between tenants.
Mesh for every window
Most homes here want mosquito mesh on every window, and the type matters.
Fixed mesh is cheapest and stays put. Sliding mesh runs on the window track. Pleated and roll-up types fold away when you want the window clear.
We show you each against your own windows.
