That means one set of rules for everyone, but very different jobs. A villa is ground level and roomy. A tower flat needs a lift booking. We plan each one for what it is.
One estate, many kinds of home
BPTP Parklands runs one estate office for villas, floors and towers alike. It wants worker details and approves fit-out work.
We prepare what it asks for when you order. That runs while your glass is made.
For towers, the office also books the service lift.
Villas: the whole house
A villa here has several bathrooms and often a stair or terrace railing. Doing it all in one order is far cheaper.
Access is easy, at ground level, so large panels come in whole.
We measure the whole villa on one visit.
Tower flats: the lift decides
In the towers, glass goes up in the lift. We measure the lift car and door before designing.
Most take a standard shower panel. Where a design needs a taller one, we split it with a slim joint.
This is settled before ordering, because toughened glass cannot be cut later.
