Sector 104 has some of Noida's most exclusive low-density towers, where each floor may have only one or two very large flats. Right next to them is Hazipur, an old village now filling with shops that serve the new residents. So the work here ranges from high-finish frameless glass in luxury apartments to shopfronts in the village.
Large flats, high finish
The flats here are big, often with several bathrooms and wide balconies. Owners want frameless glass, clean lines and fittings to match the rest of the home.
New towers have true walls, which suits frameless glass. We still check each wall.
We show you hardware finishes, like brushed steel, black or brass, before we order.
Railings on wide balconies
Many flats here have large balconies with glass railings. At height, a railing must be strong, because wind and people both push on it.
The glass and clamps are chosen for that job. Where there is no top handrail, the glass must be thicker.
The building may specify the system, so we check with the estate office first.
Hazipur's new shops
Hazipur village, next to the towers, is filling with shops for the new residents: grocers, pharmacies, salons.
The lanes are narrow, so we deliver early and carry panels in. Shop fronts go in before opening.
A broken front is made safe first, then replaced.
