This sector holds both high-rise societies and the older lanes of Hazipur, and they could hardly be more different to work in. One is booked lifts and permitted hours; the other is carrying glass on foot through a lane. Knowing which one you are is genuinely the first question, because nothing about the two jobs is the same.
In the towers: the lift decides everything
Nothing reaches an upper floor except through a service lift, and that lift's door opening sets the largest panel that can come up.\n\nIt usually has to be booked and padded, and permitted hours restrict anything noisy.\n\nSo we measure the lift before sizing glass and arrange the slot before the glass is made. A panel finished and waiting for a lift booking sits somewhere it can be damaged, which is exactly what the booking was meant to avoid.
In the lanes: the route decides everything
In Hazipur a vehicle often cannot reach the shop, and the last stretch is on foot through a lane with a turn in it.\n\nThat sets a maximum panel size too, and it is usually tighter than the frontage would allow.\n\nSo we walk the route from where the vehicle can stop to the door before sizing anything, and we bring material early before the lane fills up. Same trade, same glass, and a completely different plan from the tower a few streets away.
What does not change between them
The work itself is identical: the same rollers wear, the same gaskets harden, the same drainage slots block and the same doors drop.\n\nSo the diagnosis and the parts are the same in both, and only the logistics differ.\n\nThat is worth saying because people in the lanes sometimes assume they will get a lesser job than the towers, and people in the towers assume theirs is more complicated than it is. Neither is true, and we price the work and the access separately so that is visible.
How the job works
- Tell us about the jobSend a few photos, rough sizes and what you need. Use WhatsApp or the form. For a repair, a short video of the door moving helps a lot.
- We call you back in about 2 minutesWe confirm what you need and a time to visit. Where we can, we give you a rough price on the call.
- We come and measureWe measure the opening and check the walls, floor and ceiling around it. Anything made to size is made to these measurements, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt lists each item, with GST as its own line. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Our own team fits the work, checks that every door and window opens and closes properly, and clears up. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
