Sector 38 is shaped by Medanta, one of the largest hospitals in the region. Around it has grown a whole cluster of pharmacies, diagnostic centres, doctors' clinics and guest houses for patients' families. Our work here is almost entirely for these businesses, and nearly all of it must fit around people who are unwell.
Pharmacies that never close
Many pharmacies near the hospital run long hours, some all night. A broken front or a failed door cannot wait.
We come first to make a broken front safe and board it, so the pharmacy can keep serving.
The replacement goes in during the quietest hour, usually very early in the morning.
Clinics near a big hospital
Doctors here run private clinics and consulting rooms. The glass must keep patients private while keeping the space open.
The frosted band on consulting room glass goes at seated height, because the patient sits. Reception doors get a proper floor spring.
We plan both on site, standing and sitting where your patients will.
Guest houses for patients' families
Families of patients stay in guest houses around the hospital, often for weeks. Owners here redo bathrooms a room or two at a time, as they come free.
A shower enclosure is a day's work. We finish each room fully and hand it back clean.
Rooms usually repeat, so a block of rooms costs much less per room than separate visits.
