Peenya is the easiest place in Bengaluru to fit glass, and the cheapest place to buy it. Both come from the same cause. These are factory plots and sheds with offices built into them: large open floors, ground level access, wide shutters, and owners who have no fit-out approval system. Our team can work a full day without booking a lift, and that shows in the price.
Whole floors, not single cabins
The usual Peenya job is not one cabin but six, ten, sometimes twenty cabins and meeting rooms, built inside a floor that used to be a shed. Back offices, quality rooms, design and drawing offices, and units with an office block at the front.
Ceilings here are much higher than in a normal office. That means thicker glass, and usually a support rod at the top tying a long run back to a wall or the structure.
That is not an extra we are selling you. A tall panel with nothing holding it will bend, and over time that movement works the fittings loose.

One delivery straight to the floor, instead of a booked night lift slot. Our team working full days, instead of a four hour window. No work permit, no insurance letter, and no facility manager working around a live floor.
Those are real hours on a tech park job and mostly not needed here. So whole-floor work in Peenya reaches the bottom of our range, which the rest of the city only sees on very large orders. One cabin here still costs the same as anywhere, because one cabin carries a whole delivery and a full day of our team's time on its own.
Dust, heat and what they change
A working factory unit is not an empty office, and we plan for that instead of pretending it is.
We sheet off the working area so dust does not travel, and we clean the glass at the end of the job, not the start. Where a unit is running, we agree in advance which machines stop and when.
Silicone also takes longer to set in a hot shed than in an air-conditioned office. So we allow for that in the plan, instead of handing over work that has not set properly.
Changing the layout later
Factory floors get moved around often, and we do a lot of that work here. Taking a partition down, adding a run, re-hanging a door that has dropped.
If your floor was built with an aluminium frame, moving it is easy. If it was built frameless, the panels only fit an opening of exactly the same size, because toughened glass cannot be re-cut.
So if you know your layout will keep changing, tell us before you order. On this kind of building a frame is often cheaper over five years, even where frameless is cheaper on day one.
