Sohna is an old town at the southern end of Sohna Road, at the foot of the Aravalli hills. New townships and villa projects are spreading out from it fast. So the work here is a mix: shopfronts and repairs in the old town, and first fittings in new villas and flats in the townships around it.
New villas at the edge of the hills
Many new projects around Sohna are villas and low-rise homes. A new villa needs everything at once: bathrooms, windows and often a stair railing.
We measure after the flooring is done, because glass is cut to the final level.
Doing the whole villa in one order is far cheaper than room by room.
Weather at the foot of the Aravallis
Homes near the hills get strong wind and heavy rain in the monsoon. Windows and balcony glass here take more weather than in the city.
So seals matter. A well-sealed window keeps out driving rain. A cheap one with a gap lets it in.
We specify seals and hardware for an exposed site.
We cover Sohna too
Sohna is at the far end of our Gurugram route, and people ask if that costs more. It does not. The rate is the same.
We group work here into the same days, so you get a firm arrival time.
If your day is flexible, say so. It often means we reach you sooner.
