Sector 9 and 9A are among Gurugram's older Huda sectors, near Railway Road and the old city. The original single houses have mostly been rebuilt as family floors, often with parents on one level and a married son's family on another. The work here is homes: bathrooms, windows and railings, in buildings reached by a stair.
One family, several floors
Many rebuilt houses here hold one extended family across two or three floors. When they redo the glass, they often want every floor done the same way.
That is the easiest kind of job to price well. The visit and the team's day are paid once, however many bathrooms we fit.

Rebuilt floors and straight walls
A floor rebuilt in the last ten or fifteen years usually has straight walls and good tiles. That suits frameless glass well.
We still check each wall with a level. Where one leans, a slim frame hides the gap and seals better.
The stair is usually the tight point, so we measure its turn before designing any tall panel.
Near the railway line
Floors close to the railway line get train noise and dust. Owners here often ask about windows that seal better.
New sliding windows with fresh rubber seals keep out much more dust. For noise, double glazing does far more than a single pane.
