Balcony glass in a tall tower
Glazing a balcony is very popular in these towers. It keeps out dust and gives a little more room.
But it changes the building's face, so most societies have a rule. Either no glazing, or one specified system for everyone.
At height, wind also matters. A balcony system on a high floor needs hardware rated for it.
Many flats, one saving
In a cluster this dense, neighbours often want the same work. Doing several flats in one tower on the same trip is much cheaper for each.
