A new floor beside a forty-year-old house
Sector 14 is a mix of ages on the same street. A rebuilt floor has straight walls and new tiles. An original house has walls that have moved over four decades.
That changes the right glass. Frameless suits the new floor. A slim frame suits the old house, because it hides a leaning wall inside its channel.

Rebuilds and what goes in first
Where a house is being rebuilt, glass should go in near the end, after flooring and tiling but before final painting.
If glass goes in too early, other trades damage it. A chipped toughened panel cannot be repaired. It is remade, which adds three to five working days.
