Sectors 119, 120 and 121 hold some of the older, well-established societies on the Noida side of the Expressway, including Cleo County. They are well maintained and firmly run, with estate offices that take fit-out rules seriously. The flats are old enough now that the first bathrooms and windows are being replaced.
Societies with firm rules
The societies here are well run, and their estate offices are strict about fit-out work. They usually want a written request, worker details and a lift booking.
That is easier to work with than a society with no rules. The rules are clear, and they are followed.
We prepare everything they ask for when you order.
First replacements in older towers
These towers are old enough that the original fittings are wearing. Shower screens leak, windows stick, and seals have gone hard.
Much of it is worn parts: seals, rollers and hinges. We check before quoting a full replacement.
Where a frame has failed, we replace it properly.
Keeping the common areas clean
A well-kept society expects its lifts and corridors left spotless. Glass dust in a corridor is how a job gets stopped.
So we protect the lift and the floor on the way to your flat, contain the dust where we cut, and clean up at the end of each day.
It is the reason we are welcomed back.
