Sector 94 has some of the tallest buildings in Noida, including the Supernova towers, beside Kalindi Kunj and the Okhla Bird Sanctuary. At that height, wind is a real force. It pushes on windows, balcony glass and sliding doors far harder than on a low floor. That changes what glass and hardware we fit here.
What wind does at height
The higher the floor, the harder the wind. On a very tall tower, glass on the upper floors faces far more force than the same glass on a low floor.
So panels here may need to be thicker, and frames and seals must be rated for the load.
We check what the building's own specification allows before we design anything.
Sliding doors that stay sliding
Large sliding balcony doors on high floors wear their rollers fast, because wind keeps pushing the door against its track.
So we fit heavy-duty rollers and a track rated for the door's size. The cheap version sags and sticks within a year or two.
Where a door already drags, new rollers usually fix it.
Working to a tall tower's rules
The tallest towers usually have the strictest fit-out rules. Material may only move in set hours, and some want a method statement for any work near a window.
