Greater Kailash, in South Delhi, is built almost entirely of independent builder floors across GK I and GK II. We fit shower enclosures in place of old shower curtains, and replace aluminium and uPVC windows as each floor is redone. We also repair doors, wardrobe shutters and mosquito mesh on the floors that are not being fully renovated.

When a floor is fully renovated, the bathroom usually gets a new shower enclosure in place of the old curtain or a plain glass screen. We offer straight enclosures with a hinged door, sliding doors for a narrow bathroom, and corner enclosures for a tight layout.
If the bathroom wall is out of square, the enclosure design needs to account for it. A slim aluminium frame takes up a small difference in the wall and seals properly, where a frameless edge would leave a visible gap on one side.

Not every floor here is being rebuilt, and plenty of older ones just need repair. Aluminium windows that have started to stick usually need a new roller or handle rather than a full replacement, and we check that on site before we quote.
We also fit mosquito mesh on windows and balconies, replace worn wardrobe shutter tracks, and reseal doors that let in dust along the bottom edge. Where a window frame itself has warped, we say so and quote a new uPVC or aluminium window instead.
