Sliding Window Repair across Delhi
Dust storms blow through Delhi before the monsoon. That dust ends up in the groove of a sliding window's track. The rollers then plough through it and do not roll. The window feels heavier each year, and the roller bearings wear faster. One day the heavy window becomes a stuck window.
Cleaning the track is part of the visit. It needs no parts. We replace rollers only if they fail a spin test by hand. We also smooth any dent in the track that makes the shutter catch at one spot.
