Pitampura holds a commercial district and a large residential area side by side, and we work in both. A tower repair is constrained by the building; a home repair is constrained by nothing much at all. Most of the difference is in access and timing rather than in the work itself.
Repairs in a tower, where you cannot reach the outside
In a managed tower, nothing on the external face can be reached without the building arranging access, and that is not something to attempt privately.\n\nSo internal repairs - gaskets, rollers, catches, mesh, internal glass - we do normally.\n\nAnything on the outside face has to go through the building's facade contractor. We will tell you which category a fault is in at the first visit, so you are not waiting for us to do something we should not be doing.
Sealed unit failure in a tower window
Where a window is double glazed, misting between the panes means the seal around the unit has failed and moisture has entered the gap.\n\nThat cannot be repaired - the unit is sealed at manufacture and cannot be reopened and re-sealed usefully.\n\nThe glass unit is replaced while the frame stays. In a tower that means matching the existing unit exactly for thickness and coating, so the elevation still looks uniform. We take the details off the spacer bar rather than guessing.
The ordinary residential list, a few streets away
In the homes around Kohat Enclave and Rani Bagh the work is the familiar range: sliding windows that have gone heavy, mesh, handles, mirrors, balcony glass and railings.\n\nNone of it is complicated and all of it is cheaper done together.\n\nSo when we are in the area for one job we are happy to look at anything else on the same visit. The travel is the fixed cost, and on small repairs it is most of the bill.

- We come and measureWe measure the opening and check the walls, floor and ceiling around it. Anything made to size is made to these measurements, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt lists each item, with GST as its own line. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Our own team fits the work, checks that every door and window opens and closes properly, and clears up. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
