Access is what usually adds days to a fit-out. In CV Raman Nagar it mostly does not. The Bagmane side has a real loading area. So we unload a delivery in one go, instead of carrying it in from a road. That is not a small thing. A big part of what a fit-out costs is our team's hours on site. Hours nobody spends carrying panels are hours you do not pay for.
What a loading bay is actually worth
On a tight site, two people spend much of the morning walking panels in from wherever the vehicle could stop. Here the vehicle backs up to the bay, and the same load is inside in twenty minutes.
That helps in two ways. First, the job finishes on the date we gave you. Second, the written price has a shorter labour line than the same job would in Indiranagar or Shivajinagar.
We do not use a different rate per square foot for this area. What changes is the hours. You can see those written out on their own.
Consulting rooms in the layouts behind
There are many small clinics in Kaggadasapura and the defence-era layouts. A consulting room is the one glass job where sound matters more than looks.
We build those differently. Full-height glass sealed at the top and both sides, and a door that closes properly with no gap at the floor. Frosting up to sill height, or a fully frosted panel, handles what people can see.
Glass that stops short of the ceiling will not hold a talk inside, whatever it costs. We say that before you spend the money, not after.

- We call you backUsually the same day. Where we can, we give you a rough price on the call. Then you know if a visit is worth your time.
- We come and measureWe measure the opening. We also check the walls, floor, ceiling and the way in. Your glass is made to these final sizes, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt shows the glass, the fittings and the fitting work as separate lines. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
