In Whitefield the glass is the easy part. What decides if your cabins are ready on time is the paperwork. That is the work permit, the worker ID passes, the insurance letter and the material gate pass. We start all of it the day you approve the price. Done while the glass is being made, it costs you nothing. Left until after, it costs you about a week.
The permit decides the date
Most campuses here want four things before material can move. A work permit raised by you as the tenant. Our workers listed with photo ID. Proof of insurance. And a separate gate pass for the glass itself.
That takes a few working days to get ready, which is also how long your glass takes to make. The trick is to do them at the same time.
We fill the paperwork in and you sign it, because the campus only takes it from the tenant. None of this is unusual here. It just has to start early.
Building a cabin on a floor in use
Most of this work happens on floors where people are already working. So material moves at night or over a weekend. We fit, clean up, and hand the floor back before your team arrives.
One cabin is usually a single night. A run of eight or ten is split across several nights, so finished rooms come into use while we build the rest.
Partitions run full height up to the ceiling grid, with a frosted band at eye level on clear glass. That band is a simple safety step on an open floor, and most campuses ask for it. If you want your logo on it, we etch it into the glass while it is being made. We do not stick a film on later.
Why ordering a whole floor is cheaper
Working at night and booked lift slots add real hours to a job. Those hours are the same whether you build one cabin or ten.
So a whole floor ordered as one job carries one permit, one delivery and one booking for our team. One cabin at a time over six months carries all three, again and again, for the same glass.

- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
