Common questions

Our shower door has dropped and rubs. Is that just the hinges?

Often yes, if the glass and the rest of the enclosure are fine. Hinges wear out, and replacing them costs much less than a new enclosure. A photo of the door edge and the bottom track usually tells us whether that alone will fix it.

Do you need a gate pass just for a repair visit?

In most of the gated blocks here, yes, though it is easier to arrange than a full delivery slot. Tell us the society name at the first call. We will sort it with the facility desk before the visit, not at the gate.

Is the rate per square foot of glass or of floor?

Glass, always. It is the most common reason a price looks higher than people expect. A 10 x 8 ft cabin sounds like 80 sq ft. But if three sides are glass and each is eight feet tall, that is about 216 sq ft. Your written price shows the glass area so you can check the maths.

Is GST included in these prices?

No. Every rate on this site is before GST. Your written price shows the amount and the GST as two separate lines, so there is no surprise at the end.
