JP Nagar stretches over nine phases, from the Ring Road side down to Puttenahalli. Some of its restaurants sit on upper floors, with wide windows to the road. Those windows face the full rain of the monsoon months. When the sealant ages, water runs down the inside and onto the nearest table.

If you seat guests on a terrace, look at the glass railing as well. A panel that moves in its clamps needs attention soon. We tighten or change the clamps, and we replace cracked panels.
